About the Role and Impact
Three Rivers Therapy is a mission driven behavioral health organization serving Washington State for over 10 years, focused on empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and transforming lives. This role is part of a strategic effort to elevate our clinical team by bringing in advanced level counselors and expanding access to more personalized, high-quality care.
You will play a direct role in helping individuals and families build healthier, more stable lives through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
- Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
- Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education
What You’ll Bring and What You’ll Get
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Washington State license, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or associate level equivalent
- Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Compensation:
- Associate Licensed Clinician: $34.65 to $42.08/hour
- Fully Licensed Clinician: $41.14 to $46.35/hour
- Incentive Bonus
