We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Customer Support Specialist to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, project statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This role requires a blend of skills in customer service, sales support, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Customer Support Specialist to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, project statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This role requires a blend of skills in customer service, sales support, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Input, maintain, and update sales and customer records.
- Work closely with our Sales and Operations team daily.
- Liaise with Sales Consultants to ensure accurate paperwork and communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Work alongside our loan vendor to keep customer accounts up to date.
- Assist customers with finance related questions and provide financing status updates.
- Contribute to earn a customer rating of at least 85% through thorough communication.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in handling customer queries and concerns over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and/or accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player with a high level of dedication and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
