This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication Skills:Keep the conversation flowingshare instructions, spark ideas, and make sure everyones in sync.
- Leadership and Training:Motivate your crew, recruit talent, and lead the kitchen team toward tasty success.
- Financial Acumen:Balance budgets, manage costs, and help the kitchen thrive.
- Menu & Catering Management:Craft menus and organize catering events everyone loves.
- Safety & Compliance:Keep dishes safe and the kitchen spotless for happy guests.
- Customer Focus:Create great vibes and memorable bites every day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associate or culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years kitchen management in high-volume retail, bakery, hospitality, or restaurant setting
- Experience with catering and event food preparation desirable
- Current or ability to obtainServSafecertification required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
