Restaurant Service Staff at Hockey Arena and Top Shelf LLC – Rockland, Massachusetts

We’re looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This combined position involves running food, bussing tables, tending bar, and providing exceptional guest service. You’ll work closely with other staff to ensure every guest leaves happy.

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Assist with clearing and cleaning tables for the next guests.
• Support coworkers with guest needs and food orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Greet guests and provide a positive, welcoming experience.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet Bistro standards.
• Restock service stations, utensils, and condiments as needed.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, taps, and equipment.
• If 18 or older assist in the restock of beer, liquor, and bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to ensure a great guest experience.
• Follow all TIPS and Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) regulations for responsible service.

• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for teamwork.
• Prior restaurant, bar, or food service experience preferred, we will train the right candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as part of regular scheduling requirements.
• Flexibility in scheduling is required due to dynamic event operations at Lovell Arena.
