Occupational Therapist PRN

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings and weekends if required
