Maintenance in Ortonville, Minnesota at Ortonville Area Health Services

OAHS is seeking someone to join our maintenance team to assist with a variety of duties including painting, lawn care, snow removal, and small repairs at both the Hospital and Long-Term Care Campus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ability to take initiative, have a great attention for detail and be able to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere

· Maintenance will install, monitor, repair, and maintain OAHS’s mechanical and stationary equipment

· Cares for physical plant including preventative maintenance, all outside traffic areas, entrances, exits, other hazards, and snow removal

· Maintains confidentiality of information concerning patients/residents, staff or public

This is a PRN or as needed position, ideally working 8-12 hours a week depending on facility needs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid drivers license to operate equipment required for position
• Hourly Rate: $19.55 - $29.33
