What the Job Looks Like:
You’ll be working one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Some days that means hands-on care like bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
Other days it’s cooking a meal, keeping the home running smoothly, or simply being there so someone isn’t alone.

Either way — what you do matters.

Scheduling:
Most daytime care takes place between 7am–7pm
Overnight care typically runs 7pm–7am
Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours depending on the client

We do take your availability into consideration, but our priority is making sure our clients have consistent, reliable care.
Caregivers who have more open availability tend to receive more consistent hours.

A Quick Heads Up:
Most of our clients need real, hands-on help — this isn’t just sitting. If you’re comfortable with personal care and mobility support, you’ll do well here.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (CNA experience is a strong plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Comfortable working in homes with pets
