About This Position

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Data Supervisor role is responsible for maintaining and updating WTC’s product data and pricing inside the PIM System. This position reports to the Vendor Relations Manager and provides direct support to the Contracts and Inventory Manager, and Sourcing Manager to streamline and align cross-functional objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Maintain and update existing Product Descriptive data in the PIM/ERP.

· Analyze and process potential price increases from vendors. Report potential fallout with margin and other financial impacts on the business.

· Assist in vendor setup process in support of catalog integration.

· Maintain Item Project Codes and classification for accurate inventory allocations.

· Communicates with vendors to obtain product data.

· Coordinates across departments in support of new projects based on priority.

· Work with Data Administration on data change uploads.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

· 3-5 years of Data Management experience

· Some experience with government adjacent policies/processes

COMPUTER SKILLS

· ERP experience, business analytics / reporting required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Power BI

· SAGE 300 and SQL experience preferred.

· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
