Apartment Maintenance Technician - $1,000 Sign on Bonus in Burnsville, Minnesota at Monarch Investment and Management Group

- $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Plus $1,000 sign on bonus after 90/days

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone (1 week every 3 weeks)

• 1+years' experience in general maintenance
• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
• Knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
