Role Summary

The Senior Operations Supervisor serves as a high-level leader who bridges the gap between frontline staff and upper management. They are responsible for overseeing a large group of team members, optimizing workflows, ensuring safety/compliance to improve efficiency and performance ensuring that daily operations align with the organization’s strategic goals and quality standards. They will additionally oversee training and scheduling, and perform the role of liaison between team members, management, and customers to meet strategic goals

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Performance Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify weaknesses and develop strategies to improve workflows, safety, and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an operations-related field, often with supervisory experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is often preferred, or equivalent work experience.Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and make personnel decisions.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with company-specific systems (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or scheduling software).Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and interdepartmental coordination. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
