We are currently seeking a Senior Change Management and Communications Specialist to join our growing Consulting team.
Position OverviewThe Change Management and Communications Specialist is responsible for planning and executing structured change management and communication strategies that drive successful adoption of organizational initiatives. This role applies established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR to support system implementations, process improvements, and business transformations while engaging stakeholders and measuring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Apply a structured change management methodology (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to organizational and technology change initiatives
- Lead change management activities from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with overall project goals
- Evaluate customer and end-user adoption of system functionality, including stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, user readiness assessments, risk and resistance management, progress monitoring, success measurement, and ROI analysis
- Develop and deliver change management deliverables, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Manage change management initiatives, teams, and project plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct formal change management assessments to evaluate effectiveness and readiness
- Coach program and project teams on change management strategies, tools, and execution best practices
- Develop end-user and stakeholder engagement strategies to support adoption and sustainment
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform change and communication strategies
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Five (5) or more years of experience leading or supporting change management initiatives
- Prosci or ADKAR certification, or equivalent change management certification or experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple change efforts simultaneously
- Ability to influence and coach leaders, sponsors, and project teams
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure adoption and change outcomes
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and range between $110,000 - $160,000.
