Requirements:Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate and manage assigned recruitment and hiring activities for position vacancies in compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions monthly or as needed for newly hired employees.
- Coordinate and complete the onboarding process for new hires, students, and volunteers.
- Communicate and coordinate with staffing agencies, including maintaining and tracking contracts from initiation through expiration.
- Serve as a resource for applicants and employees regarding recruiting and onboarding-related questions.
- Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; respond independently when appropriate or route inquiries as needed.
- Participate in facility committees as assigned, representing the Human Resources department.
- Act as an employee advocate while maintaining confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
- Demonstrate initiative by anticipating upcoming tasks and assisting with planning and execution of HR projects.
- Support the organization’s strategic plan pillars, including quality, growth, finance, people, and service.
- Crosstrain in other HR functions to provide coverage as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Human Resources department.
Minimum Required Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Certificate in aligned program or minimum of at least one year work experience preferred. Prior experience in an office or administrative support role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new HR functions
- Experience in human resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred but not required
- Knowledge of HR systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus
