This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and execution-focused professional to drive large-scale field initiatives within a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as the critical connection between enterprise strategy and frontline execution, ensuring that launches, operational priorities, and transformation initiatives are successfully implemented across geographically dispersed field teams. You will collaborate closely with leadership, enablement, and cross-functional stakeholders to create clear execution pathways, improve operational consistency, and strengthen field readiness. The position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and execution excellence. Ideal candidates are highly organized, adaptable, and confident navigating complex matrixed environments where collaboration and strategic thinking are essential. This fully remote role also offers the opportunity to travel and engage directly with teams and stakeholders nationwide.
- Lead end-to-end execution for assigned Therapeutic Areas, including steady-state operations, product launches, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for field execution once initiatives are deployed, ensuring alignment, sequencing, and operational follow-through.
- Monitor execution effectiveness and assess field readiness to support sustained operational success.
- Translate execution insights into actionable recommendations and corrective measures through structured business reviews and governance processes.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and execution challenges proactively while driving timely escalation and resolution strategies.
- Partner with planning, enablement, training, and infrastructure teams to ensure tools, processes, communications, and resources are in place ahead of deployment.
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Area leadership and strategic partners to transform enterprise priorities into field-ready execution plans.
- Capture lessons learned and field insights to strengthen operational standards, improve consistency, and reduce variability across initiatives.
- Support the ongoing development and maturity of field execution frameworks and governance models.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial execution, field operations, launch management, enterprise delivery, or related operational leadership roles.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, life sciences, insurance, technology, consumer health, or similarly complex industries preferred.
- Proven ability to lead execution initiatives in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of governance structures, enterprise operating models, and execution management processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate operational insights into clear actions and informed business decisions.
- Strong judgment and confidence operating in high-visibility, change-intensive environments.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed field organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex operational challenges.
- Ability to drive results through collaboration, influence, and structured execution approaches rather than ad-hoc coordination.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and/or internationally as needed.
- Competitive salary range between $152,600 and $283,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based cash incentive opportunities.
- Eligibility for annual equity awards depending on role level.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- 401(k) plan with company match and contributions.
- Generous paid time off package including vacation, holidays, personal days, and leave programs.
- Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
- Exposure to high-impact enterprise initiatives and strategic leadership teams.
- Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment.
- Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
