Sanderson Ford & Parts Mart has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a Wholesale Parts Inside Sales Representative to join their award-winning team! Meet customers and create long-lasting relationships that will drive future business! The Wholesale Parts Inside Sales Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and online orders from independent repair shops, collision centers, fleets, and municipalities to sell OEM and aftermarket parts. Furthermore, they need to listen to customers and address any needs that the customer voices.

Job Requirements/Preferences:

• Prior General Motors/ACDelco parts sales experience REQUIRED
• Prior CDK DMS experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Clean drug test and background check (safety-sensitive position)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to connect with and communicate with customers
• Excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell and upsell parts to customers that call, email, or send online orders
• Talk to customers about the advantages of working with Parts Mart
• Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
• Work with factory representatives to improve your product knowledge
• Talk to your customers about monthly promotions and specials
• Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
• Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry
