Position Summary

We are currently seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with clients who have requested information about benefit programs, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the process with clarity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients who have requested information
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
  • Present benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Assist with applications and ensure accurate completion of documentation
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
  • Maintain basic administrative tasks and data entry
  • Participate in training and leadership development programs

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
