Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving membership growth and delivering exceptional member experience. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current members, focusing on lead generation, membership sales, member retention, and customer service.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented professional with strong sales and communication skills who is passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate, follow up with, and convert leads into memberships and other studio services.
• Conduct studio tours and membership consultations tailored to prospective members' needs and goals.
• Achieve sales goals across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training programs.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective members to support retention and engagement.
• Present studio programs, services, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and introductory classes to support monthly sales objectives.
• Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, grand openings, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate member information and utilize ClubReady software effectively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting daily studio operations.
• Continuously develop sales and communication skills while supporting overall studio success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Excellent customer service skills with a member-first mindset.
• Ability to learn and utilize ClubReady and other business software systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
