Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team across multiple shifts in a locally family-owned nursing home group.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN or physician

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise and support CNAs and Medication Aides

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Reliable attendance and flexible with scheduling needs
