(Also expected to participate in landscaping and snow removal efforts.)
  • Turnover & Prep: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins by handling punch lists, painting touch-ups, hardware swaps, and unit walkthroughs.
  • Digital Operations: Utilize a smartphone and laptop daily to log into property management software, receive tasks, track inventory, update work order status, and respond to emails.

  • On-Call Support: Participate in a rotational, shared on-call schedule to handle urgent property emergencies after hours and on weekends.
What You Bring
  • General Skills: 1+ years of general building, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience (basic knowledge across plumbing, electrical, and general repair).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating smartphone apps, email, and laptop-based systems for daily tracking and documentation.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong troubleshooting instincts, time management, and the ability to work independently.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and walk the property throughout the day.
    • Flexibility for rotational on-call emergency coverage.
    • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Benefits & Perks
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • STD/LTD and Life Insurance
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.

Equal Opportunity Employer.
