Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.
What we are offering:
- $19.00- $23.00/HR
- Up to $3,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
- HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience)
- Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with on call
