We're looking for an Account Executive who is curious, organized, collaborative, and excited to build campaigns that create real cultural impact.

This role supports a portfolio of luxury spirits, lifestyle, and consumer brands and offers the opportunity to work across integrated campaigns, live experiences, partnerships, influencer programs, and strategic brand initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client & Account Management:

  • Support day-to-day management of multiple client accounts and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop strategic recommendations, campaign plans, creative briefs, and client presentations.
  • Maintain project timelines, meeting notes, status reports, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agency partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.


Campaign Development:

  • Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns spanning experiential, digital, social, influencer, partnerships, content, PR, and paid media.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, bringing thoughtful ideas rooted in culture, consumer insights, and creativity.
  • Research emerging trends, cultural moments, competitive activity, and audience behaviors to inform campaign recommendations.
  • Assist with production planning and execution for events, activations, and brand experiences.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, PR, Social, and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Coordinate internal workflows and ensure deliverables are communicated clearly across departments.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions before they impact timelines.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university


Experience:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, events, social media, partnerships, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting consumer, lifestyle, luxury, food & beverage, spirits, or hospitality brands is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Monday.com, Asana or similar project management software
  • Canva and presentation design tools
  • AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot)
  • Social media publishing and reporting platforms
  • Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
  • Google Analytics and basic marketing reporting platforms
  • Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma (preferred)
  • Ability to rapidly adopt new marketing technologies and AI-powered workflows

HYBRID WORK MODEL:

  • IW Group has adopted a hybrid work model. Managers set their own in-office schedule but team members are requested to work in-office at least three time per week.
  • While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will spend most of the time working indoors, in the IW Group office, client office or other identified location.
  • This role may require extended work hours (including weekends) to complete certain projects, with or without advance notice.
  • This role may require work outside of the office (i.e., client events) or travel outside of the local work area (i.e., national or international client locations).

  • While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
