This is a high-impact product marketing role focused on building and owning a company’s presence within the digital payments sector.
You will shape go-to-market initiatives, strengthen strategic partnerships, and translate complex technology into compelling market stories.
The role combines partner marketing, event strategy, content creation, and digital presence management from concept through execution.
You will work closely with payment, enterprise, and humanitarian ecosystem partners to create campaigns that generate awareness and demand.
Success requires someone who can move seamlessly between relationship management, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.
You’ll have significant ownership over the marketing lifecycle for a key sector within a mission-critical technology environment.

- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and presence for the digital payments sector, aligning positioning, partner activity, content, and events with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic payment, enterprise, and humanitarian partners, building trusted relationships and developing joint marketing plans.
- Coordinate partner deliverables, proactively manage timelines and dependencies, and turn incoming requests into structured, high-quality marketing outputs.
- Develop compelling co-branded content, including joint press releases, case studies, social campaigns, video testimonials, technical capability summaries, and other narrative assets.
- Identify opportunities to amplify partner-led initiatives and events, positioning the technology naturally within relevant programs and audiences.
- Plan and execute high-touch, targeted events designed to strengthen relationships, communicate market impact, and engage mission-critical audiences.
- Manage and optimize the digital presence for the payments sector, ensuring partner pages, logos, messaging, graphics, and product descriptions accurately reflect current collaborations.
- Collaborate across teams and external organizations to turn complex products and partnerships into clear, credible, and engaging market stories.
- Maintain momentum across multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or relationship-focused B2B marketing.
- Experience in digital payments, fintech, digital infrastructure, public-sector technology, humanitarian organizations, or another complex B2B ecosystem is highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience managing external relationships across organizations you do not directly control, including aligning stakeholders, establishing trust, and maintaining progress when priorities change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished case studies, press releases, technical summaries, social content, and other customer-facing materials.
- Proven experience planning and executing specialized corporate, industry, public-affairs, or high-touch events.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to turn complex technology and partnerships into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Self-motivated and highly accountable, with a strong bias toward action and a commitment to improving the work around you.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and independently solving problems without relying on a predefined playbook.
- Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback, with the ability to respectfully challenge existing approaches and bring diverse perspectives into discussions.
- Strong relationship-building skills, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and high-profile external partners.
- Ability to work flexibly between remote and in-person settings, including onsite work at the Somerville-area office as needed.
- U.S. work authorization is required; candidates should be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required for the role.
- Annual salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD.
