Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician – $5,000 Relocation Bonus – Florida in USA, New York at Day & Nite Air Conditioning Service Corp

We are actively looking for skilled Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment Service Technicians to support our Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and Tampa Bay locations.

Duties:

Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and mechanical systems.

Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and building automation system layouts to accurately diagnose issues.

Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment problems using tools such as ohmmeters and hand tools.

Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.

Repair or replace components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, electrical wiring, and plumbing connections.

Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.

Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for accountability and future reference.

Skills

Proven construction experience combined with service technician expertise in HVAC/R systems.

Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.

Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, building automation systems (BAS), and technical manuals effectively.

Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, HVAC system repair, installation, and maintenance procedures.

Proficient with hand tools, electrical testing devices (such as ohmmeters), and diagnostic equipment.

Knowledge of EPA regulations related to refrigerants and environmental safety standards.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Valid driver’s license with experience as a van driver preferred for timely service calls.
