Processing Analyst (Tues through Saturday, 5:00am to 1:30pm PST)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Processing Analyst (Tues through Saturday, 5:00am to 1:30pm PST) based in the United States.

This full-time remote role supports complex data-processing and eDiscovery workflows in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You will combine technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and operational discipline to deliver accurate and defensible processing work.
The role spans data processing, quality control, investigations, workspace configuration, documentation, and workflow optimization.
You will collaborate with project managers, review teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects aligned with deadlines and service commitments.
You will also help train colleagues, improve processes, and develop scalable documentation and standard operating procedures.
Success requires the ability to balance urgency, quality, technical precision, and client expectations while managing multiple priorities.
The scheduled shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Pacific Time, with occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities.

Accountabilities
  • Train new and existing team members on department processes, applications, workflows, and best practices.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, quality-control procedures, internal documentation, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support process-improvement initiatives involving the Processing team, contributing ideas that advance innovation and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain, review, and update documentation, scalable playbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure they remain accurate and aligned with evolving workflows.
  • Partner with project managers, review teams, and technical stakeholders to establish deadlines, support project objectives, troubleshoot non-standard requests, and resolve operational issues.
  • Execute data-processing workflows using Nuix, RelativityOne, and other commercial or proprietary technologies.
  • Support inventory management, discovery, automated processing, publishing, exception remediation, document promotion, quality control, data investigation, and basic hosting activities.
  • Configure and maintain RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, views, layouts, folder structures, workspace security, and related platform functionality.
  • Serve as a first-level escalation point for internal technology and data-investigation issues.
  • Develop proficiency with proprietary tools and advanced RelativityOne capabilities, including Integration Points, Staging Explorer, Import/Export, and Automated Workflows.
  • Deliver accurate, defensible, and service-level-aligned client work while following established processing standards and procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) throughout processing workflows and project execution.
  • Estimate processing timelines accurately and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, changes, and potential impacts on delivery.
  • Prioritize competing assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and meeting client commitments.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Combination of at least two relevant elements across education, professional experience, and/or industry certifications.
  • 4–6 years of experience processing data in an eDiscovery environment or performing comparable technical work.
  • Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional experience are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of litigation-support and eDiscovery applications, such as Nuix, Relativity, Concordance, LAW, Clearwell, Summation, Brainspace, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of automated processing workflows, quality-control procedures, basic hosting activities, and the various stages of the EDRM.
  • Experience working with databases and managing or investigating data in technical environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of computer forensics and experience with tools such as EnCase or FTK is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, review teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven interest in process improvement, innovation, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong sense of urgency, commitment to quality, and dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, proprietary tools, and evolving processing workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
  • Willingness to work the required Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM Pacific Time schedule, with periodic on-call or work outside normal hours as needed.
