This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultor Sênior Oracle EPBCS in Brazil.
In this role, you will join strategic enterprise performance management initiatives focused on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes within complex corporate environments. You will act as a key expert in Oracle EPBCS, supporting end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality planning solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will contribute to digital transformation efforts by enhancing and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions. This is a highly consultative role requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system configurations. You will also play an important role in continuous improvement and user support within dynamic enterprise environments.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting Oracle EPBCS initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring robust planning and budgeting solutions that meet business needs. Your work will involve both functional and technical contributions, with a strong focus on collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Act as a functional and/or technical specialist in Oracle EPBCS projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial planning solutions
- Design, configure, and enhance Oracle EPM Planning Cloud applications
- Develop planning models, forecasts, budgeting structures, workflows, and business rules
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of implemented solutions
- Provide functional support and post-go-live assistance to end users
- Identify improvement opportunities in financial planning and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
You bring solid hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS and financial planning processes, combined with strong consulting and communication skills. You are comfortable working with business users and technical teams in dynamic enterprise environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
- Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning Cloud platform
- Experience in implementation, support, or evolution of EPBCS solutions
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Portuguese fluency (mandatory)
- Experience in medium to large enterprise environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM integrations and advanced financial planning concepts (desirable)
- Fully remote work with occasional planned visits to São Paulo
