This highly strategic position partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compensation and rewards programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on complex compensation matters, helping guide key business decisions through data-driven insights and innovative rewards practices. Operating in a dynamic, remote-first environment, you will influence critical talent initiatives, champion pay equity, and contribute to the evolution of modern Total Rewards frameworks. - Partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and People teams to develop and evolve global Total Rewards strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Design and communicate comprehensive compensation and rewards frameworks that support consistency, competitiveness, and scalability across diverse markets.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy, pay equity, job architecture, market positioning, and geographic compensation strategies.
- Integrate Total Rewards principles into broader talent initiatives and workforce planning programs to ensure strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert, contributing rewards expertise to cross-functional projects involving finance, legal, operations, and leadership teams.
- Lead education and enablement initiatives that strengthen organizational understanding of compensation programs and reward philosophies.
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and regulatory developments while proactively implementing solutions to address future Total Rewards challenges.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to enhance compensation modeling, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the Total Rewards function in leadership discussions and strategic decision-making forums.
- Mentor colleagues and People team members to strengthen rewards expertise and strategic business partnering capabilities across the organization.
- Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related People functions, with a strong focus on strategic business partnering within global organizations.
- Demonstrated success advising senior executives and influencing stakeholders on complex compensation and rewards matters.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, pay equity, job architecture, rewards frameworks, and geographically distributed workforce compensation models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying sophisticated rewards concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environments is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and organizational change effectively.
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve Total Rewards processes and decision-making.
- Annual base salary ranging from $160,050 to $180,050 USD, depending on location, experience, and relevant qualifications.
