This role sits at the heart of the People function, ensuring a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle in a fast-scaling, international tech environment. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping to foster engagement, clarity, and continuous improvement across teams. The position combines operational HR execution with a strong advisory component, requiring both structure and empathy. You will work closely with HR systems and cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth people processes and data accuracy. In this dynamic environment, your insights will directly influence employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, probation and performance reviews, internal mobility, check-ins, and offboarding processes.
- Administer HR processes and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as HiBob and Jira.
- Serve as a key point of contact between employees and management, helping to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in recurring HR practices such as 1:1 meetings, engagement surveys, and feedback cycles, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support employees in understanding policies, processes, and development opportunities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
- Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
- Experience working with HR metrics is a plus.
- English level: intermediate or higher.
