This position plays a key role in supporting the loan process by reviewing documentation, coordinating with third-party vendors, managing loan pipelines, and helping ensure loans move efficiently from application to closing. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do- Process and close commercial and consumer loan files
- Review applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Manage loan pipelines to help ensure timely approvals and closings
- Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, customers, and third-party vendors throughout the loan process
- Identify and resolve missing information or documentation issues
- Help deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience from application to closing
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, or a related lending role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with loan documentation and technology
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
