Life Enrichment and Transportation Assistant – Senior Living Community

We are seeking a compassionate and versatile professional to join our team as a Life Enrichment and Transportation Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities

- Provide transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community events in a safe and timely manner

- Assist residents with mobility and activity participation, ensuring their comfort and safety

- Maintain accurate records of activities and transportation schedules

- Collaborate with staff and family members to develop personalized enrichment plans

- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and proper documentation for transportation services

- Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful environment for residents

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in senior care, activity coordination, or related fields preferred

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs
