Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
- Establish, monitor, and drive national sales targets while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of a high-performing national sales team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to sales representatives to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Assess and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and operational procedures to improve overall performance and efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer demands, and competitive activity to forecast future sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business success.
- Ensure customer concerns and escalations are resolved professionally, effectively, and in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, present, and communicate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand presence and business partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in national sales management, business development, or leading multi-regional sales teams.
- Strong leadership, team development, and employee coaching capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting sales data, forecasting trends, and evaluating performance metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and business partners.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and sales performance updates for executive leadership.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools preferred.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
