Job Description
Sadler Brothers Trucking and Leasing is currently seeking THREE regional drivers to operate from JACKSONVILLE, FL TO NASHVILLE for dedicated freight. The driver will take a 10-hour break at the Sadler Main office. After a 10-hour break, the return trip will be US Mail back down to Florida.
2 Years Minimum OTR Experience
No Accidents in the previous 3 years
No at-fault accidents in Previous 5 Years
No more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years
No DUI's in the previous 7 years
No Positive Drug Screens in the previous 7 years
Must be able to meet background screening requirements from the US Postal Service
Drivers in this position will be based in our Jacksonville FL Terminal and will operate to Nashville TN
Drivers can expect to be on a dedicated schedule with regular days off each week. This route is all no-touch freight, 90% drop and hook, but some facilities do require live unloads, along with a pre-loaded trailer of US MAIL.
Drivers should expect to be home every other day in Jacksonville and off for 36-48 hrs in Jacksonville FL once per week. Drivers will have the same schedule each week and will have the same days off each week.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Operate company-owned/leased trucks to facilitate the movement of freight operations.
Operate company-owned/leased trucks for the delivery, pickup, and relocation of freight.
Perform required before, during, and after-operation inspections on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to shop personnel; clean equipment and required reports
Provide outstanding customer service during the delivery and pickup operations of US Mail and Freight.
Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA, and the company safety programs.
Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you.
Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
