Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5PM
Pay: $57,500 annual salary
TheStaff Accountant accurately reports the financial position for each entity in a designated portfolio of properties. They manage and report on all accounting information of each assigned entity while working closely with the property & asset management teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews cash related events daily, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable (AR) & Payable (AP)
- Prepares and posts monthly journal entries and reconciliations
- Reviews and ties out all budget variances and account balances with corresponding reports
- Prepares Month End, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements
- Assists in the preparation and review of quarterly reports for investors and management
- Prepares disbursements and management fees
- Backs up other Staff Accountants when needed
What We Would Like To See:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or completion of Intermediate Accounting 1 and 2
- 1 to 2 years staff accounting experience is strongly preferred
- Must have a demonstrated ability to prepare and understand financial statements
- Experience with Yardi or other multifamily accounting programs preferred but not required
