# Server Lead
**Thrive Senior Living**
**Pay: $18.00 per hour**
**Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM**

Thrive Senior Living is looking for a **Server Lead*
* who is energetic, dependable, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional service to our residents. As a Server Lead, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience while supporting and leading our dining team.
### What You'll Do
* Lead and support the server team during daily dining service.
* Help ensure residents receive friendly, attentive, and timely service.
* Assist with training and coaching new servers.
* Assign tables and responsibilities to team members as needed.
* Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly prepared for meals.
* Communicate resident preferences, requests, and concerns to the appropriate team members.
* Assist with setting tables, serving meals, clearing dishes, and maintaining an inviting dining environment.
* Monitor service to ensure Thrive's standards are consistently met.
* Help address guest and resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
* Work closely with the culinary and dining teams to provide an excellent overall dining experience.
* Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
### What We're Looking For
* Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living dining experience preferred.
* Previous leadership or lead experience is a plus.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Reliable, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
* Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and genuine desire to serve seniors.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
