The DCIM Intern is a hands-on, project-based opportunity designed for students who are eager to learn, explore technology, and make a meaningful impact in the data center industry. • Participate in department and cross-functional projects supporting business initiatives.
• Assist with research, documentation, data analysis, testing, or process improvement efforts.

• Complete assigned project tasks while meeting established deadlines.
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates on assigned work.
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, or presentations as needed.
• Learn Sunbird Software products, business processes, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Present completed projects or findings to management upon completion, when applicable.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
