As a Service Partner Account Manager, you will help expand and strengthen a nationwide network of service partners across the United States. You will play a key role in improving customer access to reliable, high-quality technical and aftermarket support. The role combines partner development, commercial growth, service capability building, and performance management. You will work closely with OEMs, distributors, and service organizations to establish strong, productive relationships. Your efforts will support lifecycle spare parts growth and consistent service delivery standards. This is a remote opportunity offering autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape a scalable service ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and manage service partners across the United States to expand geographic coverage and improve customer support.
- Lead partner onboarding, training, certification, capability assessments, and ongoing development programs.
- Establish and manage service agreements, performance expectations, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Monitor partner performance and work collaboratively to address capability gaps, service issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive partner-generated service and lifecycle spare parts revenue through business development, increased partner engagement, and improved utilization.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, technical, and other cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver effective customer solutions.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with external partners while contributing to the development of a scalable and consistent service network.
- Proven experience managing partner networks, service channels, distributors, or technical service organizations.
- Strong understanding of service delivery, aftermarket support, equipment lifecycle management, and spare parts businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partner relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Experience establishing performance expectations and managing partner accountability against quality and business objectives.
- Background in leading onboarding, certification, training, compliance, or capability-development programs for external partners.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across the United States.
- Base salary range of $130,000–$150,000, with actual compensation depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
