About the Role:

As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, youll play a vital role in loading/unloading trailers, sorting and scanning merchandise, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

What Youll Do:

• Load pallets of merchandise by wave

• Unload pallets of merchandise onto conveyor for sortation

• Load cartons and fixtures onto trailers

• Sort and scan non-conveyable merchandise onto a bill of lading

• Load non-conveyable merchandise and mail bags onto trailers

• Off-load inbound merchandise from trailers

• Inspect for damage or loss in all inbound cartons of merchandise

• Perform inbound validation, when applicable

What Were Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• A few years of warehouse/factory experience preferred

• Ability to quickly read, learn, and understand standard operating and safety procedures

• Ability to frequently lift and carry 30 to 50 pounds independently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally with team assistance

• Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills to include oral, written, and interpersonal

• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
