Come Join our Bariatric Team at Community First Medical Center
Under the general supervision of the Bariatric Program Manager, will provides optimal nutritional care for all patients. Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates nutritional treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Documents nutritional services provided. Participates as a health care team member and supervises the activities of support personnel.
Requirements:Must possess current registration as a Registered Dietitian in the State of Illinois.
Current Illinois license in Licensed Dietitian Nutrition or License Eligible for new graduates.
Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition or nutrition related.
Experience with Bariatric patient required.
