Donor Engagement Representative – Entry Level in Meridian, Idaho at Resilient Enterprises, Inc. Idaho

We’re hiring Entry-Level Donor Engagement Representatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals, recent graduates, career changers, and candidates looking to begin a career in fundraising, nonprofit outreach, community engagement, and customer relations.

No previous experience is required. Comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

• Engage directly with members of the community and prospective donors
• Educate individuals about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and fundraising initiatives
• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in a professional and positive manner
• Build genuine connections through friendly, informative conversations
• Help increase awareness and support for important community causes
• Participate in outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate and professional communication with prospective supporters
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and engagement goals

You don’t need previous fundraising or nonprofit experience. We’re looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
