Job Description
$16–$19/hour | Overnight Sleep Shifts $12/hour
Locations: Meridian • Boise • Nampa

What You'll Do
• Encourage independence while teaching valuable life skills
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines
• Take participants into the community for fun activities and appointments
• Build genuine friendships and positive relationships
• Support personal goals and celebrate achievements
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and respect
• Complete daily documentation
• Work alongside an amazing team that's passionate about making a difference
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($16–19/hour)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($16–19/hour)
Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($12/hour)
? Weekend Pay Differential Available
Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community.
Requirements: What We're Looking For• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Meet employment and health requirements
Experience is a plus—but not required! If you have a caring heart and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
