  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate compensation needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and ensure compensation decisions are consistent with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee compensation structures and practices with a focus on market competitiveness, internal equity, pay consistency, and alignment with evolving talent and business requirements.
  • Use compensation data, market benchmarks, and relevant workforce insights to inform recommendations and support effective compensation planning and decision-making.
  • Guide complex compensation discussions with clarity and sound judgment, translating analytical findings into practical recommendations for business and people leaders.
  • Help establish and maintain scalable compensation processes, frameworks, and governance that promote consistency, transparency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across teams to support compensation-related initiatives and ensure programs are implemented effectively within a flexible, distributed working environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive compensation philosophy that recognizes diverse employee backgrounds, perspectives, experiences, and contributions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience leading compensation strategy and programs within a complex, fast-paced organization, with the ability to operate effectively at a senior level.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data, market information, and workforce trends and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to balance market competitiveness, internal equity, business requirements, and talent considerations when making compensation decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect compensation practices to broader organizational and talent objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex compensation concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional audiences.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive compensation information and high-impact decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions while also operating independently and taking ownership of complex compensation initiatives.
  • A practical, data-informed, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Comfort working within a hybrid-remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
Benefits:
  • Flexible hybrid-remote work model, with most roles offering options for in-office, flexible, or remote work.
  • Opportunity to influence compensation strategy and programs within a large-scale, technology-driven organization.
  • Collaborative environment that values diverse professional backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
  • Exposure to complex compensation strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional senior leadership.
  • Inclusive workplace culture with accessibility support and accommodations available to candidates and employees.
  • Opportunity to contribute to evolving compensation practices while working with diverse teams and business functions.
