What you'll do
- Requesting, logging and comparing freight and carrier quotes.
- Booking and scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
- Tracking shipments and keeping customers and internal teams updated.
- Liaising with carriers and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or collection issues.

- Processing customer orders and purchase orders.
- Supporting inbound and outbound stock movements.
- Updating inventory and order records within our systems.
- Responding to customer and supplier queries around orders, deliveries and ETAs.
- Preparing and maintaining shipping documentation, including PODs, CMRs, packing lists and delivery notes.
- Supporting customs and compliance documentation where required.
- Assisting with invoicing and billing queries by providing accurate shipment records.
- Supporting operational reporting and general administration across the Logistics team.
What we're looking for
You don’t need years of logistics experience. We’re looking for someone who is organised, switched on and keen to learn. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and carriers.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics or transport would be an advantage, as would experience using a TMS or WMS, but neither is essential.

- In additional to annual leave entitlement, we provide your birthday off
