Bilingual HR Coordinator

(Dietary Supplements & Logistics Manufacturing)

Position Summary

The Bilingual HR Coordinator provides administrative, compliance, and operational support to the Human Resources department, including the Director of HR, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager. This role supports both dietary supplement manufacturing and logistics/warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient onboarding, and consistent HR processes across all facilities. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to support employee communication, training, and HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Employee Support — Provide HR assistance, answer questions, and translate information for Spanish‑speaking employees.
  • Onboarding & Orientation — Conduct bilingual orientations, prepare new‑hire packets, and ensure GMP/FDA training is delivered in both languages as supplied by QA Document Control.
  • Recruiting Support — Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication in English and Spanish.
  • HRIS & Records — Maintain employee files, update HRIS data, and support audit readiness.
  • Compliance Tracking — Monitor I‑9s, E‑Verify, Assist Doc Control with GMP training logs, safety certifications, and warehouse compliance documentation.
  • Benefits Support — Help employees understand benefits, enrollment steps, and qualifying events in both languages.
  • Payroll & Timekeeping — Support timecard corrections, attendance tracking, and payroll preparation.
  • Employee Relations Intake — Document concerns, translate statements, and escalate issues to HR leadership.
  • Safety & GMP Communication — Translate safety notices, GMP updates, SOP changes, and shift communications.
  • Reporting — Assist the HR Manager with the headcount, turnover, onboarding, and compliance reports.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing or logistics preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience supporting diverse workforces in production or warehouse settings.
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA compliance, or logistics operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
