Job Description

Who We Are

AMPAM Parks Mechanical specializes in multifamily construction. The company’s core strength is its design-build model that allows clients to minimize risk, shorten construction schedules, and accelerate building occupancy.

Job Summary

The Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics MEP is a critical, high‑impact role within AMPAM's Supply Planning & Operations department. This position provides the systems architecture, data governance, analytics, and workflow automation required to operate Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Prefabrication with accuracy and discipline across the three MEP trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), each carrying its own material flows, procurement patterns, and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities Include: (But not limited to the following)

ERP Configuration for Planning

  • Own and maintain planning parameters, item masters, BOM structures, and system logic to ensure accurate forecasting, material staging, and prefab readiness across all three MEP trades.

KOJO Platform

  • Administering, configuring, and continuously optimizing workflows across Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Prefab to drive operational consistency.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Design and deploy automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into planning accuracy, warehouse performance, logistics KPIs, prefab readiness, and jobsite delivery across MEP operations.

Data Governance

  • Establish, enforce, and continuously improve data quality standards across ERP, KOJO, and planning systems to ensure decision-making is grounded in clean, reliable data.

SKU Taxonomy

  • Support the design and ongoing maintenance of a structured, scalable SKU taxonomy aligned across all MEP departments, ensuring consistency from procurement through prefab.

KPI Architecture

  • Define, build, and automate KPIs that create visibility, drive accountability, and enforce operational discipline across Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Prefab.

Automation & Workflow Design

  • Identify and eliminate manual processes by designing system-driven workflows that reduce errors, increase speed, and scale with operational growth.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the systems bridge across Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Prefab, and Field Ops — ensuring every function has the data, tools, and workflows needed to execute with precision.

Executive Reporting

  • Translate operational data into concise, insight-driven executive reports that inform strategic decisions and surface risks before they impact the business.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain systems, analytics, or operations technology
  • Strong proficiency in KOJO and ERP/MRP systems; hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting platforms
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools including Power Query and Power Pivot for structured data modeling and transformation
  • Proficiency in programming and query languages including Python, SQL, VBA, or equivalent tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML for reporting customization and system interface development
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive operational decisions
  • Background in construction, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent supply chain certification preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations or leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Functional knowledge across warehouses, logistics, procurement, and planning operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear findings to senior leadership

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship
