Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday Day Shift

Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
Education
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Associate's Degree Preferred.
Experience
• 1 Year of Related Experience Required.
Licenses and Certifications
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.
Skills
• Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.
What You Will Do:
• Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.
• Monitors systems: RTLS, Security Cameras, HUGS, Fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with patient and materials movement.
• Transports patients by the appropriate method to and from all patient care areas. Uses lift equipment when patient meets required guidelines. Provides patient concierge services. Mentor Mission Control Level I employees as requested.
• Deliver patient care equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services and other supporting items throughout the hospital. Maintain par levels of equipment in designated areas.
