Clinical Care:

  • Welcoming children and families and preparing them for exams using child-friendly approaches
  • Take pediatric vital signs and complete age-appropriate initial assessments (growth measurements, head circumference, developmental/feeding/sleep screens)
  • Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments as prescribed
  • Specimen collection
  • Wound care, suture removal, dressing changes
  • Support physicians during procedures
  • Maintaining infection control standards and sterilization protocols
  • Monitoring vaccine storage, inventory, and clinic hygiene

Administrative Support:

  • Assisting with new patient intake and records
  • Communicating lab and test results to patients in a professional and supportive manner
  • Keeping medical supplies organized and exam rooms stocked
  • Supporting general office duties (phones, filing, scanning, faxing)
  • Updating records in our EMR system (OSCAR Pro)
  • Joining team meetings and sharing ideas that help us grow

You Have:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing program and current registration as an RPN in Ontario
  • CPR certification
  • Comfortable with technology—especially Microsoft Office and EMR systems (OSCAR Pro experience is a bonus!)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proof of liability insurance as required by RPNAO
