Responsibilities include: Assess, observe, evaluate, administer skilled nursing care and teach activities under a physician's plan of treatment to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the agency's clients in their homes. The RN is responsible for the total management/complete coordination of services provided to assigned cases.

Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN license by the State of Indiana.
• Obtains and maintains current CPR certification and other skills required by the home health agency policy.
• Must have no less than one year experience in acute care setting as an RN prior to Home Care assignment or experience as required by State regulations.
• Must have over one year's experience as an RN.
• 2-3 years experience in Home Health preferred.
