Essential Functions: The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to ensure profitability and competitiveness. This role involves updating and managing price lists, monitoring pricing accuracy across various platforms, and collaborating with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize pricing models. The Pricing Coordinator also supports promotional pricing strategies, ensures compliance with company policies, and provides data-driven insights to improve pricing decisions. Additionally, they troubleshoot pricing discrepancies, maintain accurate records in pricing systems, and assist in forecasting and reporting to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities/Skills/Abilities:
• Utilizes independent judgment to collect and analyze numbers, analyze markets for potential financial exposure, as well as maintain detailed and organized information.
• Has authority to make decisions on collecting cost information, forecasting future costs, assuring price quotes are delivered, understood, and maintained.

o Turn-around time for sales quotes

Work Experience Requirements:
• 1 – 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, sales operations, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to support pricing strategies.
• A background in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or corporate pricing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of margin analysis, profit optimization, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness.
• Experience in preparing pricing reports, forecasts, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Education/Knowledge Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems or related
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost analysis, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, margin analysis, and profitability metrics.
• Familiarity with competitive pricing analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Ability to interpret pricing policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and product lifecycle pricing.

• Ability to work from Exton, PA office

• The work environment: temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
• Full-time Office hours are typically 8:30-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime.
