- Support the execution of marketing and communication initiatives according to established plans, guidelines, and team priorities.
- Assist in the creation, review, and updating of communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, reports, one-pagers, social media content, and visual assets.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital presence, including website updates, basic copywriting for digital channels, and social media support.
- Help coordinate logistics for internal and external events, campaigns, meetings, and institutional activities.
- Maintain and organize mailing lists, contact databases, press contacts, and institutional records.
- Support the management and cataloging of institutional photo and video archives.
- Gather inputs and information from internal teams to support communication deliverables.
- Assist in internal communication activities, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant updates and information.
- Execute tasks under supervision, following defined processes and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, communication, content production, or similar support roles (or equivalent academic/professional combination).
- Basic experience in producing, editing, or organizing communication materials across digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, organization abilities, and attention to detail.
- Basic English proficiency, with willingness to develop further language skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva or other basic design/editing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow instructions, and work within structured deadlines.
