Job Description
GableStone, a division of Artisan Design Group, is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our countertop installation operations in the Charlotte market.
This role is responsible for managing installation crews and subcontractors, scheduling work, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving installation performance.
Requirements:What You'll Do
- Lead installation operations and field execution
- Manage installer capacity and scheduling
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Support customer issue resolution
- Develop strong relationships with installation contractors
- Monitor installation performance and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of installation, construction, or field operations experience
- Leadership experience managing installers, crews, or subcontractors
- Strong scheduling and project coordination skills
- Experience in countertops, cabinetry, flooring, millwork, or related trades preferred
- Valid driver's license
