This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Représentant commercial based in India.
This role is focused on driving commercial growth by promoting and selling medical products and solutions within an assigned territory while building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and positioning solutions that improve clinical outcomes and healthcare delivery. The environment is field-oriented, target-driven, and relationship-focused, requiring both autonomy and strong collaboration with internal teams. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, supporting product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and education. The position also involves gathering market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on sales role with direct impact on revenue growth and healthcare access within your assigned region.
- Promote and sell medical products and services within an assigned geographic area or customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new leads, assess customer needs, and provide tailored product solutions to maximize value and adoption.
- Support product education initiatives by promoting awareness and training on medical solutions and their applications.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and evolving market trends.
- Implement territory and market development strategies to expand business opportunities and drive growth.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on products to internal teams including R&D, marketing, and operations.
- Manage sales activities, including account planning, relationship management, and closing deals within assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in sales, healthcare, medtech, or medical device-related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and territory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Ability to conduct basic market analysis and translate insights into sales actions.
- Comfortable with field-based work, customer visits, and target-driven environments.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Exposure to medical devices, healthcare systems, or life sciences industries is a strong advantage.
