Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and commitment to safety are equally important.
What You’ll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and organizing medical products that support veterans and healthcare facilities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming inventory and shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Label, organize, separate, and palletize products accurately.
- Install protective packaging, padding, and bracing to prevent damage during transportation.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity and quality accuracy.
- Load and unload materials from storage locations, trucks, and trailers.
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
- Report damaged products, safety concerns, and compliance issues promptly.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Support additional warehouse functions as needed.
- At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ShipHawk is a plus.
- Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and safely handle warehouse materials.
- Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to read labels, shipping documents, measurements, and inventory information
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse equipment.
- Regular interaction with forklifts, pallet jacks, and shipping equipment.
- Exposure to dust, moving machinery, and warehouse traffic.
- Safety-focused environment with ongoing training and support.
